Just got home and bathed.
Met Mony at 11 40am++ and headed to my house where we were having fun hunting for jobs and laughing at the oddest kind of occupation and salary. Steve was late so we read books while waiting for him.
Watched Devil wears Prada too! It was a really nice chick flick show. I don't reall like Anna Hathaway, but I thought she looks pretty good in there and I love almost all the outfits in that show! New York and Paris are such nice cities la! I wished I could live there or something.
Then we chilled at Coffee Bean for a bit where Steve burnt his tongue. He actually thought the latte was a cold beverage. Hello!? Walked to Douby Ghaut from Wheelock and instead of taking the conventional way there, we took the Indie way which was longer and fun!
Ate at Cafe Cartel and thought that we will go up to Fort Canning to chill and look at the city from above. But noo..we didn't get to do that because we were frightened out of our wits when Steve scared us. There was this tunnel leading to the staircase up the hill, and the tunnel was damn poorly litted and isolated, and it smelled bad! So while we were 1\4 through the tunnel, clever Steve got to say "Oh! This place smells funky. Smells like corpses!" and upon hearing that statement, we screamed at the top of our lungs and ran out. We attempted to pass through the tunnel again but it was no use, we were too scared. Conclusion: Never goes to Fort Canning at night unless you're daring/with a huge group.
Debated whether to walk to Esplanade or not, and ended up chilling out by the river around the Fullerton Hotel area. Love that place. Its damn romantic, peaceful and has a nice night scenery. Plus Fullerton is like my favourite hotel in Singapore because the exterior looked so London-ish and simply beautiful. I must go that place again!
Off to watch TV~
